CHEF (PRESCHOOL)
LOCATION: Bank Negara Malaysia Tunas Kijang Childcare Centre at Jalan Tun Ismail, Kuala Lumpur
(The nearest public transports are STAR Lrt Bandaraya & KTM Bank Negara)
WORKING DAYS: Monday till Friday (Weekend & Public Holiday OFF)
WORKING HOURS: 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm (9 Hours)
REMUNERATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting the Main Chef in preparing quality dishes for the children and the employees
- Maintains high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Needs to assist the Main Chef to order supplies and replaces the Main Chef when he goes on leave
- Responsible to make sure children with food sensivity are being served the right food
- Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas, equipment and staff
- Responsible for replenish stock
- Time to time provide on the job training for the kitchen helpers
- Ensuring the food is prepared as per the menu planned
- Able to multi task
- Everything should follow the SOP prepared
- Ensuring all the equipment in the kitchen is functioning well
- Responsible to monitor fogging of the kitchen
- Working in Pre-school (Childcare Centre) environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Have 2 - 3 years working experiences
- Working experience in Food & Beverage service is required
- Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices
- Ability to assist in cooking a wide range of foods in large batch quantities Western, Indian & Malay Traditional menus
- Be a qualified cook: (Certificated available upon request)
