This role provides customer-focused services and community-led support which responds to the diverse needs of the community, and increases the awareness of, and engagement with library and community hub services.
About You
We are looking for an innovative and community focused person with a can-do attitude and passion for supporting library programmes and hub services. You will have an outstanding customer service and community-led development ethos, with the ability to work alongside a diverse range of people of all ages and from every part of our community.
