Luxury concept store in Mall of The Emirates is seeking to hire a result driven, confident, smart and enthusiastic Sales Associate
Requirements:
- Excellent English is a must
- Retail sales experience 5+ years
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Proactive in sales and target-oriented
- Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to create and cultivate a network
- Working 6 days a week including weekends - day off during the week
Responsibilities:
- Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Grant an outstanding service to the clients in compliance with the company guidelines
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face to face meeting, and indirect methods such as networking, social selling to clients within the assigned territory
- Report on sales activity
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up)
- Ensure customer loyalty by building and maintaining a clientele base
- Working with a CRM system (training will be provided)

Salary: From AED7,000.00 per month
