- Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience preferably from outbound calling background
- Candidates should have strong communication skill in English, Hindi, and a local language mandatorily
- Can be on calls for a long time and familiar with using dialer systems
- Making outgoing calls to pre/post policy clients with regards to Medical appointments scheduling.
- Forwarding customer complaints via email to the internal department.
- Providing quality service to the customers by maintaining quality on the call & by fixing medical appointments as per defined process .
- Updating appropriate call disposition into the system.
- Minimum 170 calls to be dialled per working day with talk time of 3 hours and conversion of 50%
- 8 hours net login hours to be delivered per working day
- Willingness for both Inbound voice & Outbound Calling
- Grievance Handling
- Effective coordination with customers and internal departments
- Ensure all queries related to customers/clients are handled effectively
- Knowledge pertaining to the Insurance sector will be an advantage
- Should be Flexible for shift timings
- Should be flexible for taking weekly off as per the process requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
