  • Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience preferably from outbound calling background
  • Candidates should have strong communication skill in English, Hindi, and a local language mandatorily
  • Can be on calls for a long time and familiar with using dialer systems
  • Making outgoing calls to pre/post policy clients with regards to Medical appointments scheduling.
  • Forwarding customer complaints via email to the internal department.
  • Providing quality service to the customers by maintaining quality on the call & by fixing medical appointments as per defined process .
  • Updating appropriate call disposition into the system.
  • Minimum 170 calls to be dialled per working day with talk time of 3 hours and conversion of 50%
  • 8 hours net login hours to be delivered per working day
  • Willingness for both Inbound voice & Outbound Calling
  • Grievance Handling
  • Effective coordination with customers and internal departments
  • Ensure all queries related to customers/clients are handled effectively
  • Knowledge pertaining to the Insurance sector will be an advantage
  • Should be Flexible for shift timings
  • Should be flexible for taking weekly off as per the process requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
