- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Negotiating job offers and closing deals with clients and candidates
Profiles
Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or sales
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
