Job description
We are looking to hire an experienced Country Sales Manager for one of our clients in the Insulation panels/energy industry. The ideal candidate will act as the Country (Nigeria) Manager and also report to Africa Commercial Director in Morocco. Must be experienced in any of the following areas such as steel construction industry, cladding works, insulation field, metal Façade applications, projects for big factories, industrial buildings, airports, stadiums, shopping malls and meet all consultants of architectural concepts, etc.
Objectives of this role
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Develop skills continuously for training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Set objectives, train and coach sales marketers, and monitor their performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Minimum B.Sc. in Marketing/Sales or related field
- Should be presentable and fluent in English
- Should have an international passport,
- Candidate who worked/working at international construction companies – preferred
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
REMUNERATION: Compensation package 1500-3500 USD + Attractive Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦4,000,000.00 per month
