SALES COORDINATOR (M/F) - TEMPORARY AND PART-TIME POSITION (20 HOURS/WEEK)

As a Sales Coordinator (m/f) with 1 year-contract within Givaudan – the Global leader in the Taste and Wellbeing industry – you will be an important team member supporting our sales team in Vienna, managing our main accounts in the food and nutrition industry. You will be responsible for high-quality customer contacts, coordination of business support services and data management and the support of Key Account Managers with business analysis.

You will:
  • Customer projects: You will enter and update project data in our project management system, follow up on timing with company partners and also directly with clients on Key Account Manager's demand. You will be a link between the application laboratories, sales and customers to ensure the delivery of samples, price quotations and product specifications.
  • Business Coordination: You will manage our customer price lists in cooperation with the key account team and pricing department and with the customers. You will provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and problems contributing to guarantee a high perception of Givaudan's service level. You will collaborate with account managers to develop and implement activities to improve sales performance.
  • Data management and main user role: You will coordinate Commercial data management activities in Vienna and ensure qualitative master data maintenance following internal procedures (monthly closing, annual baseline review). You will guide maintenance of underlying data to promote accurate and fact-based decision-making, target setting, performance measurement and fair rewarding of commercial teams.

Your professional profile includes:
  • High-school diploma and a commercial degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years proven work experience in a customer services environment
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Fluency in English - German or any other Eastern European language is a bonus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, master data or SAP know how is an asset
  • Technical Learning (experience with complex system landscape is a plus)
  • Service oriented mindset and proactivity
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
