We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst - AOC GPS SUPPORT.
Principal responsibilities
- Review and confirm global/local change requirements for Global Payments Solutions.
- Design and test system setup, e.g. GPS rule, profile.
- Design testing scenario and Review test result.
- Work with project team, IT, business, users and other Utilities team for end-to-end implementation.
- Study and implement the other related IR ( Initial Request ) /FRSD ( Functional Request Solution Design ) documents.
- Investigate GPE production issue, reply enquiry and provide solution.
- Proven experience in operation or system support.
- Good command of English.
- Strong logical thinking.
- Strong execution ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
