We are looking for R&D ENGINEER / SENIOR R&D ENGINEER (2 vacancies) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science disciplines;
R&D Engineer : fresh graduate or 1-2 years in Polymer Materials and EMS Materials or related
Senior R&D Engineer : over 3-4 years in Polymer Materials or EMS materials, or related
Report to R&D Manager
Team work in R&D Department in Dongguan factory
Search new polymer technologies, capture technology trends and developments in broad industries;
Plan, develop, and implement scientifically designed experiments from feasibility to commercialization;
Monitor and supervise all stages of product development, from lab to production line;
Collaborate with Procurement for identify and evaluate new and alternate materials;
Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking;
Work based in Dongguan Changping

13 months salary + performance bonus
