We're looking for a Software Development Manager to support and lead one of our Product Development Groups in Israel.Our Challenge

Responsibilities
- Lead a group of 2-4 development teams, driving effective execution, delivering high quality results on time
- Drive our modernization efforts transitioning to robust and scalable services while maintaining a large and mature install base
- Remove knowledge bottlenecks and lead activities to support high maintainability and team scalability
- Recruit, coach and provide constant feedback to team members to support their professional growth
- Lead continuous improvement, technical initiatives, processes, and work methodologies.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of backend development and design experience
- Experience with .NET Core, C#, React
- 3+ years of experience leading large scale engineering groups of 15+ engineers
- Experience in working with containers, high scale, distributed cloud-based architectures and AWS specifically
- Experience with distributed queue systems such as Kafka
- Experience with distributed cache systems such as Redis
- Advanced knowledge and proven experience implementing SOLID principles of OOP
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills that allow you to work successfully with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders
- Proven track record of hiring and managing high performing SCRUM engineering teams
- Experienced in defining OKRs/KPIs
- B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

- Experience with SAFe.
- Experience working in B2B2C SaaS companies.
- Experience maintaining and performance tuning production environments at scale.
- Experience building platform solutions and core services.
- Experience with K8s.
